1. Cell Phones
The cell phone is one of the greatest inventions of our time and incidentally, a mini-microwave that you are carrying around. The biggest risk is the proximity of a mobile phone - it radiates at close quarters to the brain. 2. Wi-Fi
While we have problems with cell towers outside, ironically, we are at ease with a mini cell tower in our home. A Wi-Fi after-all is a mini cell tower. Wi-Fis are seldom switched off. Therefore, we have a low din consistent and perpetual radiation exposure. *Exposure is 24 hours a day.*
3. Laptops
They carry both radiation as well as EMF profile. The underside of a laptop has a very high EMF exposure at point of contact and high proximities and can be harmful for adult fertility .
4. Old electric circuitry

5. Microwave oven
Even if Microwave ovens are 'sealed' for radiation, they still leak heavy radiation through their gaskets and front sides. As they become older, they leak more radiation.

Does Your Home Have a Smart Meter?
A wireless smart meter sends radio frequency microwave radiation through two antennas, typically in the same frequency range (900 MHz to 2.4 GHz) as cell towers. A smart meter located in an outside wall of an occupied home or office space will transmit at a much closer range increasing the exposure risks.
Compounded exposure will include your new appliances (stoves, washing machines, microwaves, dishwashers, heating and cooling equipment, refrigerators, televisions, computers, small kitchen appliances etc.) with integrated transmitters.
The exposure for people living in multiple meter pole or multi-unit housing is another unstudied area – not to mention the impact of proximity to utility collector meters that are designed to transmit RF signals from 500 to as many as 5,000 homes.

How Many Cell Towers Do You Live Near?
EMF protection is critically necessary in today's world. Cell phone towers emit high-frequency radio waves, or microwaves, that can travel as far as 45 miles over level terrain. The closer you are, the greater the danger. These cell towers exposure is non-stop day and night and is a 'full-body' exposure.

Cell tower microwaves might travel for as few as two miles in hilly areas, and up to 45 miles where there are fewer obstructions; and of course, they easily penetrate brick and metal.

Recent studies have shown that the intense radioactivity from mobile phone towers adversely impacts every biological organism within one square kilometer or two-thirds of a mile.
Cellphone tower microwaves have a significantly higher frequency than even radio waves. The higher the frequency, the more powerful the wave and the more powerful effect on biological organisms (recall that a mobile tower emits microwaves at 1900 MHz).
